Our mission: To transform nursing culture from one where nurses eat their young to one where Nurses Feed Their Young® so we can improve retention, decrease stress and burnout and improve the patient experience.

YES! The Thriving Nurse Network® is the official community of Nurses Feed Their Young® and is dedicated to providing online peer support for nurses at every level of their career. We surveyed nurses in early 2025, and nurses told us two things: 1. They want a community to support them both personally and professionally; and 2. They want the community named Thriving Nurse Network®. We listened to nurses and are serving up the community they asked for! Will I Get Lifetime Access To These Courses?
You will have access to courses as long as they are available. From time to time as courses are updated the available course content will shift as we remove expiring courses to replace them with new courses. It is best to take a course and immediately download your CE Certificate for your personal records so that you avoid any issues with course updates.
How Will I Get My CE Certificates?
All courses, program evaluations and certificates will be available for participants immediately through our online learning platform.
Nurses Feed Their Young® is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Florida State Board of Nursing. Florida Board of Nursing Provider Number: 50-42784. Most state boards of nursing will accept nursing continuing education credit for purposes of licensure renewal. It is up to each professional nurse to verify what is accepted in their state for purposes of their own licensure renewal.

You will have access to courses as long as they are available. From time to time as As an approved continuing education provider in Florida, Nurses Feed Their Young® ensures that our educational buffet meets the standards set by the Florida Board of Nursing. It is important to recognize that individual State Boards of Nursing may have specific requirements for continuing education credits.
For inquiries regarding the validity of CE credit in your state of licensure, we recommend consulting directly with your Board of Nursing. We are dedicated to supporting your professional growth and are available to assist in any capacity possible.
